LLC tax and compliance for active international operations

Deadlines, records and decisions under control

We coordinate IRS obligations, state renewals, extensions and financial records while keeping each process distinct and handling the first reconciliation for you.

Three distinct processes, one coherent file

State renewal keeps the entity in good standing. IRS compliance reflects activity and reportable transactions. The Exentax annual review keeps tax residence, activity, ownership, address and contact information current. They are not presented as one generic filing.

For tax preparation we request complete statements for the reporting period, from 1 January to 31 December or from formation. This covers banks, fintechs, payment processors and, when relevant, broker or crypto accounts connected to the LLC.

The client should not classify hundreds of transactions. Exentax performs the first reconciliation and asks only about ambiguous movements, owner contributions, distributions, own-account transfers or related-party activity.

How we keep compliance controlled

Calendar by LLC

Every entity has its own jurisdiction, tax cycle, deadlines, extension and status, including multi-LLC client files.

Records by period

Statements and support are organised by entity, account, provider, period and document type.

Form 7004 managed by Exentax

The extension is prepared, signed and filed within the case; the client reviews and signs where required.

Evidence-based status

An obligation changes status only when a filing, document, confirmation or internal validation supports it.

This service is essential if...

  • Your foreign-owned LLC may require Forms 1120 and 5472.
  • You need to renew an LLC or complete an annual state obligation.
  • You need an extension without losing control of the underlying return.
  • You operate multiple accounts, processors, brokers or owner transactions.
  • You want state, federal and internal annual review kept clearly separate.

What we coordinate

  • Individual state and tax calendar for each LLC.
  • Collection and control of records for the reporting period.
  • Review of contributions, distributions and related-party transactions.
  • Preparation of Forms 1120 and 5472 where applicable.
  • Internal preparation and management of Form 7004 extensions.
  • Annual review of corporate and operating information.

Each obligation keeps its own purpose

The interface and file separate state requirements, IRS reporting and the information Exentax must keep current.

  • Purpose: Keep the entity in good standing; Prepare and file tax obligations; Keep the operating file current
  • Information: Corporate data required by the state; Activity, movements and reportable transactions; Residence, activity, owners and contacts
  • Records: State filing and confirmation; Statements, support and IRS forms; Evidence and file changes
  • Outcome: Controlled renewal or state payment; Filing, extension or required action; Consistent data for the next cycle

Frequently asked questions

Do I need statements if the LLC had no revenue?

Yes. An LLC with no sales may still have owner contributions, expenses or distributions. We need to verify the full period to support the prepared figures.

Are bank statements sent to the IRS?

Not automatically. They are used to review, reconcile and document preparation. Any disclosure to an authority follows the applicable process and request.

Does Form 7004 remove the filing obligation?

No. It extends the filing deadline where available, but it does not replace the return or automatically change other obligations or payment dates.

Do all LLCs file the same Annual Report?

No. State requirements depend on the jurisdiction and entity type. The system shows the correct process for each LLC rather than applying one generic label.

Organise the next cycle before it becomes urgent
